An open letter from Escoffier Society President Whitney Werner, CEC Dear Society Member and Friend of Escoffier: As President of Les Amis d Escoffier Society of Los Angeles, it is my pleasure to announce the year 2007 dinner tribute to August Escoffier. Our gala dinner will be presented at The California Club, Los Angeles on Monday, December 3rd, 2007. The dinner will be prepared and presented under the guidance of Executive Chef Jean-Marc Weber in the manner of Escoffier.

California Club Champagne Reception and Hors D'Oeuvre at 6:30 PM Featuring a Live Performance by Broadway Stars DianeKetchie & Ray Saar Performing Hits from Popular Broadway Musicals Dinner at 7:30 PM After Dinner Complimentary Cigars and No Host Cognac Bar on the Terrace Reception and Dinner Cover: $215 Includes Parking and Escoffier Yearly Dues Attire: Black Tie Please fill out your reservation information and remittance via your Credit Card via the buttons and form above. Your name(s) will be on the list at the dinner. Prepaid reservations are required and must be received by November 29, at 6PM Escoffier membership with medallion and certificate are available for an additional $110.00 also via the form above. Your national membership dues are $10 per year and are included in the price of the dinner. We look forward to greeting old friends and meeting new ones at this gala event.
